About This Project

This 8,500 sq. ft. modern contemporary home located in the Cayman Islands is a one-of-a-kind custom design. It has an open floor plan that was made for outdoor living. The location captures breezes and maximises open water views with 10ft high windows and doors. The design integrates natural elements and the surrounding environment, creating seamless transitions of indoor and outdoor living spaces.

This stunning contemporary home benefits from a large outdoor living area that faces the open water of Governors Sound. It features a custom pool, deck, covered garden cabana, lush tropical landscaping and a boat dock.

The home is engineered to withstand an ‘Ivan’ type hurricane with the ground floor slab set at 8’6” above sea level, impact rated windows and doors, concrete wall, upper floor and roof construction.

The interior is light and spacious and completed to a high standard of finish that includes stone floors, custom cabinetry, fitted out cinema, LED lighting, Lighting control, whole house music system, lush landscaping, designer plumbing.

The house is energy efficient with solar power and insulated walls, high efficiency air conditioning and hot water systems.
