About This Project

This project comprised the design and construction of a 6 storey commercial development including parking on the ground floor (approx.41 spaces) and two levels of basement parking with approximately 60 spaces on each level. The gross internal area of the building is approx. 6,025 m2 / 64,853 sq. ft. LEED Silver Accreditation was achieved.
