This project comprised of high density modern style office accommodation on approximately 10,000 sq. ft. internal area with 62 offices, 2 meeting rooms and additional lounge areas for a more open concept working environment.
Additionally, the offices were outfitted with an abundance of glazing, high end carpeting and bespoke furniture items. On completion, the facility was inspected by Regus and met their international standards for certification.
