Spanning 7 phases over 4 years, the Scotiabank Campus consists of three five-story buildings totaling 25,000 m². Two high-tech, low-rise buildings serve as call centers for the Americas, while the third building accommodates administrative staff. The campus features amenities such as cafeterias, meeting rooms, phone booths, collaborative spaces, locker rooms, playrooms, a nursery, a mothers’ room, and training rooms, among others. The project required integrated furniture installation and meticulous finishing, complemented by advanced IT infrastructure with superior redundancy and security systems.
