About This Project

Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospital expansion and renovation undertaken in two phases. Phase One comprised the construction of a new six-storey bed tower with an area of 100,046 sq.ft., a new central energy plant with an area of 17,185 sq.ft. and a new three-storey medical office building with an area of 33,309 sq.ft.  Phase Two comprised the renovation of the existing hospital facility, which has an area of 133,185 sq.ft.
