BCQS provided various services to help deliver the base build and tenant fit out for two office buildings in this premier business park:
Willow House: 54,000 square feet of Grade A office space over four floors.
SIX: 107,000 square feet of Gold LEED-certified Grade A office space over six floors.
The commercial office of phase 6 opened in December 2018 after 26 months of construction.
Both developments feature ample parking, lush tropical landscaping and a host of quality amenities, including The Brasserie Restaurant, The Market, The Caboose, The Wicket Bar and The Club corporate fitness and wellness centre.
BCQS’ early involvement helped shaped the financing and schedule for the entire Cricket Square development. Providing development management services enabled us to focus on critical tenant relationships and ensuring occupancy, which was the driver behind all financing, construction scheduling and expenditure. Early involvement and being able to manage the entire process proved to be a success.
