This project comprised the design and construction of approximately 5,800 sq. ft. of internal commercial office space. The project included the demolition and alterations to the building envelope, new floors, walls, ceilings fittings, furnishings and staircases complete with all proposed finishes. New MEP services were installed to meet the requirements of the financial Institution.
