As a Quantity Surveyor operating at the BCQS International office in Trinidad and Tobago, Stacey-Ann brings over five years of experience in the provision of Quantity Surveying (QS) services in the Caribbean region.

Gary Targett is a Construction Superintendent with BCQS Construction Management and has over 25 years of construction management experience. Gary has been with the company for over 16 years; his experience extends to all areas of construction management and site supervision.

Based in the British Virgin Islands, Sam brings over 10 years of experience working in the construction industry across all sectors.
He spent the early part of his career working for main contractors in the UK but made the move to the Caribbean and consultancy at the start of 2015. The experience Sam gained while working for contractors is invaluable in his role providing quantity surveying services to both public and private sector clients.
Specialising in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services he has extensive experience in estimating, cost planning and production of tender documents as well as cost management during construction stage.
Sam holds a BSc in Mathematics, a postgraduate diploma in Construction and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Patrick Downie is a Senior Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for BCQS International based in Barbados. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry, providing services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. He brings an understanding of the global construction market, allowing him to advise clients within the Caribbean about cost pressures and how to achieve value. Patrick specialises in Commercial Management, Project Management, Procurement, and Cost Estimation & Planning. He has a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree from Nottingham Trent University and an MSc Construction Cost Management degree from the University of Reading.
Patrick became a chartered member of the RICS in 2011 and achieved Fellowship status in 2019. He is also an active APC Assessor and has mentored over 20 APC candidates to chartership success.
Patrick has worked on notable projects in Barbados, including the New Geriatric Hospital and Indigo Hotel developments. He acted as a Quantity Surveyor, providing cost planning, procurement, and tendering services on both projects.
Before joining BCQS, Patrick provided cost and project management services on various large projects while working with Mott MacDonald in London.

As an Office Manager for BCQS International Trinidad and Tobago, Nastassia brings over a decade of office administration and customer service experience, from working within the private sector of Trinidad and Tobago.
Nastassia's extensive knowledge and experience has enabled her to provide support services to our multi-disciplinary practice, in addition to operations management and procedures. Throughout her experience at BCQS, she has developed a keen interest in providing our clients with the professionalism that they have become accustomed to from BCQS, as it relates to Valuations, Project Management and Quantity Surveying.
Nastassia is indeed an integral part of our team and she is currently pursuing her Associate of Science Degree in Management (ADM) at UWI Roytec Trinidad and Tobago.
Tom Muller is a Construction Superintendent with BCQS Construction Management and has been with the company since 2010.
Tom brings with him 50 years’ worth of experience. He was formerly the lead carpenter and supervisor on a number of notable projects in Manhattan; 30 of those years has been spent in the Cayman Islands, building or managing a substantial number of notable projects within the island.

Ailie is a Senior Valuation Surveyor for BCQS International based in the Cayman Islands. Since 2013, she has provided valuation, development and strategic real estate consultancy services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. Prior to joining BCQS, she held a position with another Cayman Islands surveying firm.
Ailie has experience valuing various asset types, including prime commercial buildings, hotels and resorts, government properties, condominiums, land, houses, warehouses and airports.
Ailie qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with Deloitte LLP in London, UK, where they sponsored her to undertake a Masters degree in Real Estate.
Ailie holds a Master of Arts degree with Honours in Economics and Geography from the University of Edinburgh and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University.

Rosie Nicholls is a Director and the Head of Valuation Services company wide. Based in the Turks and Caicos Islands, she has been actively engaged in valuation and consultancy services for over 20 years. She joined BCQS International from one of the UK’s largest commercial property development companies in 2005.
Rosie values a broad range of property types and businesses, including hotels, resorts, marinas, airports, private islands, retail and office complexes and single and multi-unit residential developments, for local and international clients for a range of uses.
Rosie has been involved in the representation of clients for Compulsory Acquisition, acted as Expert Witness in matters related to valuations for litigation support and performed consultancy services for regional market and feasibility studies to assist developers in their decision making process. Rosie continues to works closely with her established client base.

Rolfo has experience over a range of projects in the Cayman Islands, including Residential, Commercial, Civils, and Leisure, with a notable project being the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, Grand Cayman.
Rolfo holds a BSc with Honours in Quantity Surveying, and a MSc in Construction Project Management, both attained from Edinburgh Napier University.

From Trainee to Senior Quantity Surveyor, he brings over five years of experience working in Construction on projects valued up to $196m. Before joining the BCQS team, he worked as a Quantity Surveyor for DeTrafford Construction Ltd, building a high-rise apartment in Manchester, England, Taylor Wimpey PLC, building new homes across the North West of England and RICS Accredited Liverpool based consultancy, TWC. Hernán studied Architecture in Montevideo and he began his career in Uruguay in 1993 as a site based Architect with S.E.R. Construction Company on housing developments. In 1997, he joined Doltasol to become a retail interior designer Architect, and then joined Movicom in 1999 as Project Architect and Project Manager
In 2002 he moved to Madrid to become a Senior Architect with Chapman Taylor Spain, where he gained extensive experience in mixed use complexes, retail and hotels, leading projects in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Panama, Arabian Emirates and Poland.
In 2012 he moved to Brazil and joined BCQS as Project and Design Manager to assist Squarestone Brasil build the Golden Square Shopping Center in São Bernardo, São Paulo, Brazil.

Liam has a BSc in quantity surveying from Leeds Beckett University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Additionally, Liam is an RICS Registered Valuer, an RICS APC Assessor and sits on the RICS Americas Fellowship by Nomination Panel and Education and Standards Board.
Geoffrey is a Senior Project / Construction Manager for BCQS International based in Trinidad and Tobago. He has 18 years of experience and specializes in Design and Build projects and advice relating to cost and sustainability in construction.
Prior to joining BCQS in 2018, Geoffrey was a Project Manager at ExeQtech Limited.

Denny started employment at BCQS International in the BVI in 2004 as a trainee and quickly worked his way up to a Surveyor within just two years after shadowing the experts at BCQS.

Daniel Afoke is an Associate Director for BCQS International specialising in Quantity Surveying and Project Management within the Bahamas. He has over 13 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor specialising in Hotel, Resorts and Residential projects. He has worked both for contractor and consultant and gained practicable experience of working on site and being a contributing member of the client’s design team. Over this period Daniel has worked on projects in London, Europe and within the Caribbean, covering both Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands. More recently Daniel has provided professional consultancy services to the Caribbean following Hurricane Irma in 2017 and Hurricane Dorian 2019. As an Architect, Jorge began his professional experience as a designer of projects throughout the territory of Colombia. In addition, experience was gained managing construction work on site as a project coordinator, providing insight and knowledge of the full spectrum of trades.
Jorge has amassed over 25 years of project management experience in Colombia, as well as Brazil, Peru and Venezuela, acting as a senior construction advisor, both in the public and private sector on projects which demanded timeliness, quality and cost control.

Michel holds a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Technology, Jamaica and is a member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago as well as a APC candidate in pursuit of becoming a chartered member of the RICS in a near future.
Joe is an Associate Director for BCQS International based in Anguilla. He is an experienced Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager involved in all aspects of cost management and contract administration, covering both pre and post contract activities. He has a broad range of commercial experience covering procurement, cost planning, benchmarking, tendering, construction phase valuation, cost reporting, final account negotiation and claim settlement. This is complemented by a detailed knowledge of various forms of contract including NEC, JCT and FIDIC.
With over 16 years of construction industry experience, Joe has been involved in a wide variety of projects across many different public and private sectors including mixed use retail / residential/commercial, hospitality, specialist teaching, town centre re-generation and commercial offices. He is highly experienced working overseas, including US$ 1Billion+ landmark projects in Kazakhstan (Mixed use High rise) and Saudi Arabia. Joe has recently divided his time between Anguilla, St Martin and St Barts delivering project and commercial management for a number of prestigious hotel re-developments.

Suraj Ramdass is the Operations & Maintenance Technician/Administrator with BCQS International based in Guyana. In this role, Suraj oversees and supervises facilities maintenance for the Exxon Mobil Guyana Office, property management and maintenance for Exxon staff residences. Previously, Suraj held a position with the US Embassy Guyana within the Facilities Maintenance Department, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and approximately 10 years of experience in the facilities maintenance field. Suraj obtained his qualifications in Plumbing and Electrical Installation from Guyana Technical Institute; additionally, he is very passionate about his work and is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of excellence.

Galina is a property and development consultant for BCQS based in the Dominican Republic. She has been living on the island for ten years and brings over five years of experience in property management and development, and over ten years in management positions. This includes real estate management in the Dominican, the United States and other areas of Latin America. Galina is multilingual and has the ability to oversee the execution of multiple projects with a young, fresh perspective.
Galina graduated with a degree in management and tourism from Kyrgyz University in 2005, and moved to the Dominican Republic after three years of tourism management in Kyrgyzstan and Thailand.

Nigel Alleyne is a Project & Construction Manager for BCQS International based in Turks and Caicos. He is an innovative, profit orientated Senior Drafting Technician, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Nigel has a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and within budget by effectively organising, managing and utilising all resources. He can lead teams on commercial, industrial, education and health projects where the highest standards are required.
Nigel is also an efficient senior drafting technician and has experience using cutting-edge 2D to 5D methods of showing the physical and functional aspects to any project, resulting in full collaboration, of the BMI along with 4D. 5D functionality adds the element of costs to the already existing time management & CDE components of information sharing in construction.

Terry has over 20 years experience working in the Construction Industry, providing cost management and valuation services to a diverse range of clients. Terry has a wealth of experience in the preparation of budget estimates, project monitoring and reinstatement valuations for insurance purposes for a range of residential and commercial properties.
Terry also has also transitioned to provide valuations for a wide range of residential properties. Terry has a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering (OTD) and has gained a certificate in property management. Terry is a member of the Barbados Valuers Council.

Michele St. Edmondson is a Valuation Surveyor for BCQS International based in the British Virgin Islands. She has 20 years’ experience in the Public Sector providing Land Administration and Property Management services to various departments within the British Virgin Islands Government. Michele has also worked with the Government of Jamaica in the National Land Agency in senior positions with the Commissioner of Lands Unit and has experience in Land Dispute and Mediation Resolution as well as relevant skill training in GIS technology and LIS Management Systems.
Michelle worked as a Land Consultant engaging in matters related to Stamp Duty and Property Tax Reform, and expert witness in legal cases for compensation and claims. She also worked as a Senior Valuer, Estate Agent, and mortgage brokerage with various public and private sector firms in Jamaica.
Michael Dennis is a Senior Valuation Surveyor for BCQS International based in the British Virgin Islands. He brings over 43 years of experience providing quantity surveying services to both public and private sector clients. Michael has over 20 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor/Property Appraiser for BCQS. He has been involved in various commercial and residential appraisals in the British Virgin Islands and other Caribbean islands, including Montserrat, St Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, and Antigua.

Daria is a Chartered Surveyor and Director for BCQS Bahamas. She has over ten years of experience providing professional quantity surveying, cost management and project management services to a wide range of public and private sector clients.
Daria has extensive experience obtained in the financial management of construction and development projects, using different procurement forms for a varied client base.
She specialises in project co-ordination, contract administration and Employer’s Representative roles for projects in the leisure, retail and commercial sectors, as well as Construction Management experience in the residential sector.
She has also carried varied appraisal experience and is a Member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association.

Sanjay Amin is a Director of BCQS International based in Barbados and is responsible for managing their offices in Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana as well as projects in the Eastern Caribbean Islands.
Sanjay has over 30 years of experience providing cost and project management services in the UK and the Caribbean on a variety of hospitality, commercial, retail, industrial and public sector type projects. He specialises in contract procurement, fund monitoring as well as design & build type projects and has acted as an Expert Witness in several cases in the UK, Ireland and Trinidad and Tobago.
Sanjay is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer. He is a former member of the RICS Global Governing Council (2013-2017) and currently sits on the RICS Caribbean Board having been Chairman for 5 years from 2012–2017.
Sanjay is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Expert Witness Institute in London. He also sits on the Council of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce.
He is a Rotarian for over 15 years and is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Barbados.
Prior to joining BCQS International, Sanjay was an Associate Partner at Gardiner & Theobald, London, UK. During this time, he worked on a variety of large commercial and industrial developments in the UK including offices, shopping centres, warehouses and business park offices.

Chad Monerville is a Valuation Surveyor for BCQS based in Barbados. He is responsible for residential and commercial appraisals as well as fund monitoring of residential construction loans for public and private sector clients, both locally and internationally.
Chad has local and regional experience providing valuations and cost assessments for various property sub-types including commercial, residential, retail, industrial and agricultural. His overarching aim is to always provide competent ‘Red Book’ valuations to ultimately reduce the level of risk for investors in the Built Environment.
Chad is a 1st Class Honours graduate from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Further, he is appointed by the Cabinet of Barbados as the CARICOM Youth Ambassador for Barbados and the Deputy Chairman of Erdiston Teachers’ Training College.

James Slattery is a Director of BCQS heading up the Group’s interests in Latin America. He has been living and working in the Caribbean and Latin America region for over 3 decades. Currently, he is specifically concentrating on the South America market, specifically Brazil and Colombia, as well as Guyana.
James is a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor by profession, with over three decades of experience in Property Development, Real Estate, and Construction.
His more recent project experience is within the Hospitality, Health, Contract Workplace & Contact Center sectors, as well as Hi Tech industrial plants.
James is a founding executive board member of RICS Brazil; and a founding Executive Council member of Turks & Caicos Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers (TCASE).

As a Director of BCQS International in BVI, Chris brings twenty years of experience in the provision of Project and Cost Management, Expert Witness, Dispute Resolution, Quantity Surveying, and Valuation services to a wide range of public and private sector clients, fifteen years within the Caribbean Region.
His experience covers a wide range of projects from iconic skyscrapers, private island developments, resort hotels, state of the art schools, to boutique office refurbishments and high-end residential homes.
Chris holds a BSc in Economics & Quantity Surveying, an MBA with Distinction, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Ben Butler is a Director of BCQS International based in the British Virgin Islands office.
Ben has over 20 years of postgraduate experience providing quantity surveying, project management, project monitoring and appraisal services to both public and private sector clients. Ben has lived and worked in the Caribbean for over 15 years and specialises in project management, enhancing schemes utilizing value, and risk management techniques to optimize their feasibility.
Ben is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a RICS Registered Valuer.

As a Director of BCQS International based in the British Virgin Islands, Jonathan has work experience in both the United Kingdom and the Caribbean. Jonathan specializes in Construction, Project and Cost Management services on a wide variety of projects for both public and private sector Clients including airport rehabilitation, hospital and medical facilities, higher and further education campuses, large scale resort and island developments, custom built luxury residences, commercial and retail projects and fit-outs, marine and infrastructure projects and has a great deal of local and regional knowledge from delivering projects across the Eastern Caribbean ranging in value from $1M-100M+.
Jonathan also has experience in providing expert witness services for a number of local and regional claim disputes including providing forensic claims reports, Alternative Dispute Resolution methods and settlement advice.
Jonathan holds a BSc with Honors from Loughborough University, a Post Graduate Diploma with Distinction in Construction from Birmingham City University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Lavern Gumbs joined the BCQS team in the British Virgin Islands in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in business management. She is always eager to take on a new challenge, and it is through this, she has developed in her career with BCQS. Lavern has excellent time management skills and can handle any situation that arises. She utilises several strategies to deal with the many unplanned events that come with working in the Caribbean. Her combination of planning, strategy, delegating and adaptability are what ensure the BCQS team in the BVI are equipped to assist clients. Lavern is often referred to as "a people person" because of her dedication to clients and colleagues and her passion for excelling at her job.
Neil Purton is a Director of the BCQS Group. Neil has over two decades of post graduate experience in project management and quantity surveying. Neil has been based in the Caribbean since 1996, specialising in project and construction management.

Following graduation from Nottingham Trent University in UK in 1989, Simon gained valuable experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in the UK before starting life with BCQS in Cayman Islands in 1997 and subsequently taking over management of the Turks & Caicos Islands office in 2000. During his time in TCI, the islands have experienced unprecedented growth of the hotel and tourism and infrastructure sectors and Simon and his BCQS team provided management and cost advisory services on many of these development projects.
Simon is also a RICS Registered Valuer, having carried out numerous property valuations and appraisals for all major lenders in the region. With his wealth of experience in construction & development in the Caribbean, Simon provides a valuable resource for any potential Developer or Investor and this knowledge has enabled him provide extensive construction loan monitoring and lender representation services on many types of projects.
