Treasure Beach Village at Beaches® Turks & Caicos officially opened this past weekend with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Sandals Resorts International leadership, government representatives and project partners.

Treasure Beach Village represents a major expansion of the existing resort on Grace Bay Beach and includes approximately 100 deluxe guestrooms across four five-storey accommodation blocks, a central five-storey facilities and lobby building, and six luxury beachfront villas. The project also introduces new restaurants and bars, swimming pools, hot tubs and water features, alongside upgrades and extensions to the resort’s Central Utilities Plant.

BCQS was appointed to provide full-time on-site Project Management, Construction Management, Commercial Management and Procurement Services throughout the delivery of the development.

Congratulations to Sandals Resorts International and the wider project team on reaching this important milestone.
