Wymara Villas has been awarded the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating, becoming the first resort in Turks and Caicos to receive this distinction. The achievement represents a significant milestone for the property and for the region’s luxury hospitality sector. The rating is awarded following independent inspections that assess properties against rigorous hospitality standards, placing it among the most respected distinctions in the global luxury sector.

Originally conceived as a collection of five contemporary oceanfront villas overlooking the Caicos Banks, the development has expanded across multiple phases. Thirteen large villas have now been completed, along with additional villas and guest suites, premium amenities, and the recently delivered Land & Sea restaurant. The estate is associated with the renowned Wymara Resort on Grace Bay Beach.

BCQS has provided Construction Cost Management services on Wymara Villas since inception in 2015 and continues to support the project team. From early planning and cost strategy through procurement and project completion, our role has focused on the structured delivery of the development across its phased expansion.

Simon Taylor, Director at BCQS based in Turks and Caicos, commented, “Having supported this development from its earliest stages, it has been rewarding to see the vision realised at such a high level. This recognition is a testament to the ownership’s commitment and the strength of the wider project team.”

Delivering projects of this scale and complexity requires disciplined cost control, careful sequencing, and close collaboration between stakeholders. The Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star recognition reinforces the importance of strong project governance and collaborative delivery in achieving high-quality outcomes.

The milestone has been featured in international travel publications, including Travel Market Report.

We extend our congratulations to the ownership and wider project team on this outstanding achievement.
