BCQS International is proud to announce the promotion of Joe Ferguson to the position of Associate Director based in Anguilla. In his new role, Joe will continue to focus on providing exceptional professional services to clients in the Caribbean, helping to maintain and grow BCQS’s presence in the region.

Joe has been with the company for over five years and has established a reputation for delivering top-notch services to clients in Anguilla, St. Maarten, and St. Barths. His primary focus has been in the luxury hospitality sector, where he has been instrumental in the rehabilitation, renovation, and expansion of renowned properties such as Belmond/LVMH’s Cap Juluca in Anguilla, Belmond/LVMH’s La Samanna in St. Martin, Rosewood’s Le Guanahani in St. Barthelemy, and Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club in Anguilla.

With over 16 years of construction industry experience, Joe has a proven track record in various projects across the public and private sectors. From mixed-use retail/ residential/ commercial, hospitality, and town centre regeneration to commercial offices and his involvement in US$ 1Billion+ landmark projects in Kazakhstan and the Saudi Arabia region.

Joe has also contributed to BCQS’s growth by providing cost, project, and construction management services for Anguilla’s first hydroponic farm facility. He has also played a crucial role in enhancing BCQS’s professional services by offering planning and building permit advice, preparing submissions, including presentations, and negotiating with relevant government bodies.
