01 Dec Two BCQS Team Members in BVI Achieve MRICS Accreditation
BCQS International is delighted to announce that two of their BVI team members, Kerry-Ann Barnes and James Lee, have successfully gained MRICS accreditation and are now fully qualified members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Kerry-Ann Barnes, a highly experienced member of the BCQS Valuation Team, qualified as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor through the Senior Professional Route with nearly two decades of experience in the industry. She comments, “I am grateful for the guidance and support of my colleagues here at BCQS; they offered me invaluable assistance in achieving this essential qualification. Being a Chartered Surveyor exhibits my competence in Real Estate Valuations and will assist in my continued professional growth.”
James Lee, who joined the BCQS team in the BVI in March 2022, has qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He comments, “It has taken me a while to get here, and I am pleased to have passed my APC examinations to become a fully qualified member of the RICS. I have gained invaluable experience since starting this process and look forward to continuing and growing in my profession.”
