BCQS International Promotes Rick Riyat to Head of Valuations (Cayman Islands & The Bahamas)

BCQS International is pleased to announce the promotion of Rick Riyat from Senior Valuation Surveyor to the Head of Valuations (Cayman Islands & The Bahamas). In his new role, Rick will head up the Cayman and Bahamas based valuation teams with specific responsibility for managing the valuation service provision, quality assurance and business development to increase market share.

Rick joined the BCQS team in the Cayman Islands in January 2017. He has over twelve years of experience in the profession and eight years in the Caribbean region, where he has extensive experience providing Market Valuations and Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Before joining BCQS International, Rick worked with another Cayman based valuation company. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) & RICS Registered Valuer, having trained and qualified at Sanderson Weatherall Ltd in the UK.
