After receiving authorisation from the CI Government, the BCQS team is happy to announce that we can once again provide our full range of services in the Cayman Islands. We know how important it is to help the property market start moving again, which is why we wanted to ensure we are ready to carry out property inspections as quickly as possible.

We understand that there may be concerns about how COVID-19 might impact property valuations, and we want to reassure you that we have adapted our business and protocols to reflect the current conditions. BCQS professionals will remain vigilant in these extraordinary circumstances, ensuring that we conduct business without compromising the health and well-being of our clients’ and employees’, and following the latest government recommendations. Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, our valuations will adhere to RICS guidelines and be reported on the basis of ‘material valuation uncertainty’ as per VPS 3 and VPGA 10 of the RICS Red Book Global.
