BCQS celebrated 50 years with the Turks & Caicos Islands team at the Wymara Resort

On Thursday 12th September, BCQS celebrated 50 years with the Turks & Caicos Islands team at the Wymara Resort.

This year has brought new heights for BCQS, including reaching our 50 year milestone in business. We are beyond proud of what we have been able to accomplish as a team in the last 50 years.

“It was a pleasure to have so many of our friends and colleagues with us on the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach in Turks & Caicos Islands to help toast BCQS’s 50th anniversary. Having provided project and cost management services during its construction, the beautiful Wymara Resort was a fitting venue for our celebration,” said Simon Taylor, BCQS Director. “We are truly grateful for our team who has helped us reach this milestone, and for all of our clients’ continued support.”

BCQS was established in 1969 to provide professional real estate services to meet the needs of clients in the Caribbean. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown to be one of the largest and most experienced independent property and development consultancies throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. They have achieved this level of success organically through commitment, focus, and investing in the very best people. With a mobile team that operates from thirteen strategically located offices, they provide a wide range of services to clients in over 30 countries. Their dedication to quality has earned them a reputation for excellence in the property and construction industry, and this year, they are celebrating how far they have come as a team and looking forward to a long and successful future.
