Liam Day attends the 4th Cayman Islands Property and Construction Conference

This past Friday, Liam Day, Managing Director participated in the Market Outlook Session at the 4th Cayman Islands Property and Construction Conference. In this panel, Liam brought his experience of development across the Caribbean region and his local knowledge to discussions on the latest market trends in Cayman’s real estate sector.

Liam comments, “As always, the conference was well attended by a good cross section of the Cayman construction, development and real estate communities and the presentations and panel discussions were lively and thought provoking. The take away for the majority of attendees was that the current buoyant market conditions will continue, albeit at a more measured pace, accepting the impact of the impending Brexit and next year’s US presidential election are as yet unknown.”
