27 Feb BCQS Announces Staff Change for Barbados Office

Barbados, 27 February 2018 – BCQS International announced that Senior Valuation Surveyor, Kevin Gillett, who has been working for BCQS since January 2015, has moved from the Cayman Islands office to join the qualified team of Chartered Surveyors in Barbados.

Kevin will be responsible for valuations and appraisals, and given his experience, I am confident he will make a valuable contribution to our team and help expand our business further in Barbados, Trinidad, Guyana and the Eastern Caribbean.”

Kevin is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with over 18 years of experience providing valuation advisory services to a wide range of private and public sector clients both locally and internationally. Prior to joining BCQS, Kevin held a position with the Valuation Office at the Cayman Islands Government as well as a senior position at Mouchel in Manchester, England.
Kevin’s expertise is in the valuation of a variety of property sectors including residential, commercial and leisure as well as public and private sector portfolios. His expertise also covers compulsory purchase acquisitions, settling and negotiating hundreds of claims in the United Kingdom and in the Cayman Islands.
Kevin has an Estate Management Degree with Honours from the University of Reading in England. He is also a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
