30 Jan BCQS Announces Appointment of Director of Valuation Services Based in The Turks and Caicos Islands
Turks and Caicos Islands, 30th January 2017 – BCQS International announces the promotion of Rosie Nicholls MRICS to Director of Valuation Services, based in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
“Over the last 12 years Rosie’s contribution has been invaluable to the firm’s continued growth and success. Her professionalism combined with extensive property valuation and general practice experience will continue to enhance the service offerings of BCQS and we are delighted to have her lead the valuation team.” said Simon Taylor, Director for BCQS International.
Rosie’s key objectives as Director of Valuation Services for BCQS International are to continue to provide the highest reporting standards, maintain and develop client relationships and to expand the Valuation sector of the business. Rosie joined BCQS International in 2005 from one of the UK’s largest commercial property development companies and was appointed to Associate Director in 2008.
She has over 18 years of experience in the field and her general practice surveying experience lies in a broad range of areas, including the valuation of all classes of property. She has also been involved in the representation of clients for Compulsory Acquisition, acted as an Expert Witness, undertakes Feasibility Studies on behalf of Developers and continues to work closely with her established client base.

Rosie holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University, UK. In addition, she is currently a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as an RICS Registered Valuer.
