20 Feb BCQS appointed as Project Monitor for 150 room Breathless Resort & Spa, Jamaica
BCQS International has been appointed to provide fund monitoring services for the 150 room Breathless Hotel to be constructed on a prime waterfront site at the Montego Bay Freeport in the Parish of St. James, Jamaica.
The Breathless brand is AMResort’s all-new adult escape for sophisticated singles, couples, and friends. The Breathless resorts are luxe, modernist, and chic featuring pristine beaches, trendsetting restaurants and lounges, world-class spas and vibrant nightlife and entertainment.
When complete, Breathless Montego Bay Resort & Spa will comprise a six storey building plus basement as well as common facilities, including infinity pools, swim-up pools, Jacuzzis, five restaurants, a rooftop terrace, a wedding gazebo, and exclusive beach areas.
Breathless Montego Bay is slated to open in Jamaica in late 2016, with 150 rooms and suites. The property will be located next to sister properties Secrets St James Montego Bay and Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay.
