02 Nov Inside Sir Richard Branson’s new £31k-a-night Caribbean Island retreat
BCQS International has had the opportunity to work on another Sir Richard Branson Project, Moskito Island. The exclusive resort development is situated off the coast of Virgin Gorda, the third-largest of the Caribbean British Virgin Islands, and offers a total of 11 bedrooms for at least 22 guests.
Nestled within 125 acres of idyllic island scenery, guests can take advantage of the resort’s wraparound infinity pool, hot tub, helipad, swim-up bar and nearby tennis pavilion from early 2016.
The BCQS team based in the British Virgin Islands has been working on the development since 2007, providing Cost Management services from inception to completion.
