BCQS Managing Director attends ground breaking ceremony for Scotiabank Financial Centre in Montego Bay, Jamaica 


BCQS International's Managing Director, Liam Day, recently attended the ground breaking ceremony for the new Scotiabank Financial Centre in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The project comprises a two-storey building of approximately 20,000 sq.ft., housing a retail branch on the ground floor and wealth management on the second floor, will be constructed at the Fairview sub-division, at the junction of Howard Cooke Boulevard and Alice Eldermire Drive.

BCQS International, in association with Goldson Barrett & Johnson have been appointed lead consultants on the project working alongside Kingston based architects, Design Collaborative and structural and civil engineers, Hue Lyew Chin Engineering.

The ground breaking ceremony, attended by local dignitaries and board members of Scotiabank Jamaica was presided over by Mr. Michael Shaw, District Vice President for Scotiabank Jamaica.
